When Jacqueline started The Elliott Group with her husband, Andy they wanted to build an environment that they couldn’t find anywhere else. They wanted a place where they could have a family-like culture with the freedom to use their hearts and also be business driven; Where negativity was cut by the root and cancer wasn’t spread. 

Today, they have proven not only by building their own team of like minded individuals that share the same dream, they have also shown many companies how to model the same example. If you can create a place that you don’t have to micromanage your staff and are wanting to grow as a team, the the battle is won and that’s what the Elliott’s do. Jacqueline believes the key is investing in self education and growing every day.
