Charles Spurgeon wrote:

"The believer is appointed to be a lighthouse to others, a cheering lamp, and a guiding star."

Sometimes light blazes like the sun and sometimes it is as delicate as starlight.

John 8:12

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

As we stay close to the Source, God knows just how to tend the flame within us.
