民族精神入法引争论！解决方案或有四种可能

新的治安管理处罚法草案目前正处于征求意见阶段，其中第三十四条第二、三款涉及中华民族精神和中华民族感情的问题，这也引起了很多争论，各路法律专家和大V纷纷下场，我来也分享一点观点供参考。
