给含笑一个机会？反对解禁劣迹艺人！从规则层面聊聊理由

近日关于涉毒艺人含笑是否该得到机会的讨论仍然存在，甚至有大V提出给含笑机会。就我个人看法这实际上是对现有封杀机制的消解，那么现在的封杀机制何来？又是如何运行的？就此我谈谈个人粗浅的看法供大家参考。
