Encore: Immaculate Conception, the White Lady cocktail, and kissing saints

They enjoy one of their favorite cocktails: the White Lady, and talk about its variations.
Drink: White Lady
1 egg white
2 tsp. Powdered sugar
1 oz. gin
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. Cointreau
1 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
Lemon bitters
Beat egg whites and powdered sugar until the mixture forms soft peaks. Pour the egg mixture and all other liquid ingredients except lemon bitters into a large shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with lemon bitters.
