Michael Brosgart is a cannabis industry veteran with a background in finance, consumer goods, real estate, and global capital introduction. As COO of AVD, he oversees the high-level operations of each department while promoting a strong company culture and advocating for the democratization of the cannabis plant. Michael has significant experience building and scaling businesses. His oversight ensures that AVD’s workflow delivers products to customers on time and as promised. Before joining AVD, Michael was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at cannabis investment leader The Arcview Group, where he worked with some of the top brands in the cannabis industry. Here he leveraged his extensive knowledge of capital markets to connect investors with early to mid-stage cannabis investment opportunities. He also served as Director of Special Projects for Luxury Brand Partners and its portfolio of luxury beauty companies and spent over a decade in the Latin American finance industry providing corporates, banks, and governments in the region with access to global investors.
