I was recently interviewed by David Keck. David is the host of the “Surviving Abuse” podcast.

The Surviving Abuse podcast is a powerful platform dedicated to providing hope, healing, and education to individuals who have endured personal trauma and abuse.

David Keck’s podcast aims to shed light on the struggles faced during and after abuse experiences. He is a survivor, himself, of a vicious attack when he was jumped and beaten furiously one evening. He has dedicated his life to speaking with all manner of survivors.

This interview explains my family’s tragedy when we lost our daughter to dating violence in 2005. It tells how we lifted ourselves up by reaching out to potential victims from all walks of life. It talks about the early days of writing the WHEN DATING HURTS book, and later, launching the WHEN DATING HURTS Podcast.
