You will ask, isn’t it!  This is true, at least, for some of us. Every day, we're in situations where being assertive can help us — like asking someone on a date, approaching a superior with a question, or asking for that glass of water. But asking for help often makes us uneasy because it requires surrendering control to someone else. You don’t want to hear a no, or look weak and needy. You don’t want that embarrassment! The worse thing is – if you have gathered the courage to finally ask for something, and your request want even paid attention to- then what! Ouch! You just need to ask the right way It is a completely learnable skill. So instead of pretending to have all the answers, confidently ask for help. Learn to ask for help!
