Local college presidents discuss the state of the current civil rights movement; Atlanta E-Bike Rebate Program expected to launch this spring

Plus, Rebecca Serna, the executive director of Propel ATL, and Rosalind Tucker, the managing director of Mobility Services at Atlanta Regional Commission, discuss the new Atlanta E-Bike Rebate Program. The program, that launches this spring, will offer up to $2,000 toward an e-bike for an income-qualifying resident. Smaller rebates will apply for residents above the income requirement.
