In this episode I am going to tell you how the chemicals your brains releases keeps you addicted to your own stress, chaos, and problems. Consciously, this sounds crazy. Yet, why are you always on the verge of burnout? In today’s episode we are diving in.

• Your subconscious mind has rules that it has decided for you from a very young age, and your subconscious mind controls 95% of your daily thoughts and actions.  
• When you feel stress or chaos or burnout, your brain releases chemicals to your body.
• Those chemicals are why you are addicted to your problems. 
• The RAS and why it’s essential for creating the reality that you want.
