Here are 5 easy rules of thumb:
Any ingredients you don’t know what they are?
More than 5 ingredients?
Does it contain high fructose corn 🌽 syrup or soy lecithin? (GMO byproducts).
Does it contain any artificial ingredients, especially colourings?
Would your Grandmother understand the list of ingredients? Is there real food on the list?
All of these ingredients mentioned are linked to various cancers, autism and ADHD, migraines, digestive problems, etc. The list goes on.
