148. MYSTERY: Was Evalyn Walsh McLean Cursed?

The Hope Diamond was stolen from an idol in India. Evalyn Walsh McLean was the last person to own the large blue gem. That’s probably a good thing.

**In this episode we said the Hope diamond was 94 carats. It's actually 44.52 carats. Still huge, regardless! The Star of the East diamond, which Evalyn also had, was 94.8 carats.
