Invite yourself to settle,

And sink your body into your bed. 

PAUSE…

Let your eyes get heavy,

Your cheeks soften,

And your face relax.

PAUSE…

Lower your shoulders,

Soften your belly,

And feel your legs and arms melt into your bed. 

I am open to healing. 

I am perfectly imperfect. 

Everything I need is within me.

I am not defined by my past. 

I release all shame. 

I am allowed to take up space. 

PAUSE…

Challenging moments reveal my strength and creativity.

I am peaceful and whole. 

I am safe.

I write my own story and can edit at any time.
