102. How To Set Client Boundaries That Actually Work (CFO Guide)

One of the most frustrating things in the entire world of running a Fractional CFO firm is handling clients that show up late for or do not show up at all your CFO calls.

Not only is this frustrating because it's disrespectful to you and it really devalues your time, but it can also serve as an early warning indicator that your client might be on the verge of canceling their services.
