You spoke. And we listened. We’ve tracked down Max Wilson at home in Brazil to find out what he's up to these days. 

From how Brazilian F1 legends like Piquet and Senna inspired him as a youngster, to the moment a birthday present set him on a path that would see him race all round the world and the serious roll call of South American competitors he came up against like Kanaan, Zonta and Castroneves that helped shape his readiness for Europe.

Wilson discusses the opportunity in a few sliding doors moments like Michael Schumacher’s former manager Willi Weber helping him into a ride, Christian Danner offering words of wisdom about mastering those wild DTM cars and turning down a drive with Porsche to focus on Formula One.
