央视3·15曝光了湖南闽湘消防设备公司等出售所谓非标灭火器的情况，那么如果涉及此类问题法律如何规定，为什么有人会购买所谓非标灭火器？这种灭火器导致损失甚至伤亡有什么法律责任？聊聊我的看法供参考。
