Back in the 80's there was a diet called the "water diet." It was a diet where they would give you water and vitamins and you would lose weight. People would say it was because it kept you satiated so you didn't want to eat, but there is a little more to it than that.
Today, I'm going to investigate this water diet and we're going to find out what the fattest animal on the planet can teach us about weight loss.
