Struggle Mentally With Me

Hi friends. I ditched ya'll last week and I apologize. The reason was this right here. I just haven't been mentally 100% at my best. A lot of overthinking, a lot of self depreciation and I just didn't have the mental capacity for an episode. I decided, even though I still wasn't at my best by the time I recorded this episode, that 1) I wasn't missing two weeks in a row and 2) this is what Well ISH is all about. No matter how many tools you have in your self improvement tool belt, there are still mental lows we go through and you are not a failure because of it.
