Yesterday, I shaved my head. I wanted to do this for several weeks, and yesterday it was about time to take the leap. 

It was emotional, I cried, I laughed, I celebrated and then I realized something about myself. Shaving my head was a celebration of everything I have let go of in the past weeks/months, but it also gifted me with a far greater lesson. It reminded me of who I am.
