Summary

The Cocodona 250-mile recap episode. The preparation, the beginning of the race, the middle of the race, and the end of the race. I could not do this without a great crew, pacers, and a great physical therapist on speed dial. Ultrarunning and ultramarathons are really a team sport and a screaming achilles made it even more so.
