He sought help from various allied practitioners before concluding that his “health ailments” were largely due to anxiety. Hunter describes his anxiety attacks and how they impacted him both mentally and physically, creating doubt, confusion, and frustration as a professional in the wellness space. Counseling, diet, and supplementation have helped Hunter in his personal recovery journey, but what really helped him was the tools and discipline he used for stress management.
