曝光鬼秤冲突法律上如何看？聊聊自媒体曝光风险

近日连云港和南京先后曝出自媒体博主曝光缺斤短两情况遭攻击事件，对此虽然两地官方也都发布了通报，但是很多网友对此并不满意，那么类似事件怎么看？聊聊我的看法供参考。
