Organize Your Team Today - Ch. 2 - Managing Expectations

This is the third episode of a new series I started two weeks ago about great quotes from an outstanding book called "Organize Your Team Today," by Dr. Jason Selk and Tom Bartow. I learned so much from this book, and you will, too. I highly recommend you pick it up. It is also called "Lead Any Team to Win."

Last week, I talked about Chapter 1, "Channel Capacity: Why Less is More," in which we heard about the importance of not overloading your team (and yourself) with too much at a time. This week we move to Chapter 2, "Managing Expectations: Trust or Suspicion." There is so much great stuff in this chapter because the concept of trust is such an integral element to any great team experience. Get your pens and notebooks ready because you're going to want to take a lot of notes on this one!
