Kristine faced a devastating tragedy during her 1st year of graduate school. Her best friend was tragically murdered by her abuser, her boyfriend, an act that shook Kristine to her core and made her question whether she should continue pursuing her degree. Despite the immense grief & pain, Kristine found the strength to return to her studies, knowing that her friend would have wanted her to persevere.
This heartbreaking loss has only deepened Kristine's commitment to helping others. As part of her journey, she offers accessible + affordable self-help resources to provide women with the tools and knowledge to make lasting changes. She aims to empower women to find their voice, embrace their purpose, and break free from the chains of their past to create a future filled with strength, resilience, & fulfillment.
