SZN 4 EP 8: Burnt Out Breadwinner

In this episode, I'm sharing some deep insights from my rebrand & relaunch, im diving into the importance of work-life balance and the need to reconnect with our feminine side.

I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery, shifting from my previous business coaching program to something that feels more aligned and powerful. This shift wasn't easy, but it was necessary. Despite the initial challenges, including a less-than-ideal launch, I’ve found a renewed sense of excitement and clarity. I'll also talk about my decision to join a mastermind group led by a coach I admire and how this experience has provided the clarity and support I needed to move forward.

Being the sole breadwinner since 2018 has taken a toll on my mental and emotional health. I've faced depression, anxiety, and burnout, and realized the importance of a healthier work-life balance. I love my work, but not at the expense of my well-being. I’m making significant changes to my habits, routines, and boundaries to prioritize my relationship, mental health, and time with my children. I want to share this journey with you and encourage you to find your own balance.
