Take Your Meds - Fighting Med Stigma

I've been struggling with some compassion fatigue lately regarding hearing individuals say they want to be unmedicated and look, I get it. Medication is a very personal choice and we all have autonomy and dignity to choose. I want everyone to make the best choice for them. I know for me medication has made everything 10000X better - I also know I am very privileged to have a good team who can support me with medication management. This is an episode where I explore my feelings, sadness, and frustration with medication stigma, both internalized and externalized. -Sara
