Each thought has created what’s here.

The solutions and cures,

The possibilities, limitations and fears.

If you can embrace, 

The power of your thoughts,

And know that you are the one, 

Who gets to decide, 

What stays and what goes,

The game of life can be fun.

Just imagine the joy,

That awaits here for you,

When you get that you are in charge.

Imagine the freedom,

Of living your truth,

What’s possible begins to enlarge.

Accepting this truth,

Means knowing yourself,

Being honest with what you find,

As you go exploring, 

Your thoughts and your beliefs,

And all those scripts in your mind.

It takes great care,

Humility and grace,

To sift through thoughts in your head.

Forgive yourself now,

You can choose kind ones instead.

Dissolving the thoughts, 

That don’t align with your dreams.

The more space you make,

For thoughts that create, 

That blossom, give life, and beam.
