We talk to Carlene Bechen to learn more about the two questions on the August primary ballot that deal with the state legislature trying to take away the ability of the Governor to allocate federal dollars in circumstances that could include emergencies. Plus we are joined by meteorologist Brittney Merlot to talk about a weather week that will include some hot and sticky conditions before the end of the week.
