He began journey in the band, being on the drum line and then transitioning to being a drum major. He also credits his church upbringing for really giving him an ear for sound, beats, and different cadences. “He” is none other than Nashville native, college grad, and one of the most successful DJs in the city … DJ Mouse ⭐️ DJ Mouse has spent a lot of time in various venues doing parties all over the city. In his early days, you may have seen him DJ’ing “No Red Lightz” parties . Here recently, he’s toured with some of the most major artists in the industry, and in 2023 even spent some time being a DJ on stage at the Rolling Loud event in California ‼️ We take the time to talk to DJ Mouse about how he mentally handles everything that comes with traveling, preparation, and networking in his respective field. He vents about being “stuck in navigation”, and how you can feel you’re doing so much as a black man, but still feel stagnant.
