I've been listening to Karin Velez's podcast Just Grow Something for quite a while, because I love how she offers helpful, bite sized truth bombs about growing produce every episode - and she also has this voice that is so easy for me to listen to...

Karin's story about where her podcast came from is fascinating, and she is offering super helpful info in all areas of growing food in bite sized amounts to help me understand how and why to make changes in my gardening practices.

We also discussed nutritional value, and why she wants EVERYONE to grow something; for the nutritional benefits and the mental benefits (#dirttherapy) as well.

Karin is also a runner - and a new runner, at that, and we talk about why running, and how it's going.
