Bonus Episode with Emily Smith - Discussing Key Person of Influence by Daniel Priestley

Today we have the wonderful Emily Smith joining us on this bonus episode.

 

I've known Emily for some time now and she is a very driven individual with a passion to help others.

For those who have not met Emily yet, she is origionally from Shetland in Scotland, but now lives in Sheffield and invests in the surrounding area with her husband Ryan. She has built a substantial portfolio with a mixture of BTLs, Serviced Accommodation and flip projects, often sourced direct to vendor and using creative finance and deal strategies such as assisted sales, lease options and vendor financing.

Emily has been able to scale at speed due to the access she created to private finance. Having raised over £2.5m of private finance, and is on track to hit her £5m goal to facilitate future purchases.

As well as coaching others who want to make the same success in property, Emily is one of the co-founders of the Net Gain Club which was started in April 2023.
