Alice Selke is a very important part of Illinois history being the very first dispatcher for Hoffman Estates Fire Department. She joins us following her 106th birthday and reveals the secrets to staying fabulous at her age!

Ron Romero, the Founder of the Illinois Rock and Roll Museum on Route 66, gives us a little status update following the recent tornado outbreak, one of which struck in Joliet where the Museum is located. After we breathe a sigh of relief, we jump in to the good stuff that all kinds of music fans can anticipate at the 2024 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, including, but not limited to Suzy Bogguss, Richard Marx and The Chi-Lites.

Our favorite Milwaukee entertainment reporter Gino Salomone stops by for more tomfoolery, but also joins the class in reminiscing on the loss of Chicago’s own Bob Newhart and the impact he had in the world of comedy and entertainment.

We also discuss the 110 million AT&T customer logs that were breached. Then, we have a lengthy discussion about the X (formerly Twitter) AI chatbot known as Grok and how misinformation prevalent on X is leading users to seek other platforms for more accurate news and research information.
