Let your breath be your guide,

Release the tension, let it slide,

Find your peace within the tide.

The night is quiet, the stars are bright,

A canopy of hope, shimmering light.

In this space, let fears take flight,

Embrace calm, hold it tight.

Fear is a shadow, a passing cloud,

Where worry's whispers aren’t allowed.
