VitaMeataVegeMin Greek Salad Dressing - similar to Mitch’sIn a food processor pulse 2 T lemon juice, 5 T cider vinegar, 1 t dried oregano, 1 t dried basil, 1 t dried tarragon, 1 clove garlic, 2 T Dijon mustard, scant t molasses, 1 T mayonnaise. Drizzle in 1 cup olive or vegetable oil or combination of the two. My food processor has a tiny hole in the bottom of the pusher thing and that pusher holds exactly one cup. I pour the oil in there and run the processor as the oil is drizzled in in a slow stream. Asian Ginger Dressing½ t garlic powder, 2 T grated ginger root, ¾ c oil, ⅓ c rice vinegar, ½ c soy sauce, 3 T honey, ¼ c water. Combine everything in a little sauce pot and warm to slightly liquify the honey. Let cool before dressing the salad. Blue Cheese Dressing¾ c crumbled blue cheese, 5 T buttermilk, 5 T sour cream, 3 T mayonnaise, 1 T white vinegar, ¼ t sugar, ⅛ t garlic powder, ½ t salt, ¼ t pepper. Mash the cheese into the buttermilk then mix in everything else.
