Diego puts the finishing touches on his mask and sends a letter to Athena. Dressed to the nines, masks and all, the group attends the Lux Masquerade, where mysteries abound. Diego gets familiar with an on-edge Recent, Tosh finally makes contact with Otto, and Río plays cat-and-mouse with Telloh. Despite Otto's ostentatious and impudent behavior, Tosh persists in securing a private meeting with him for Sif. An incomprehensible musical number upsets Ríona. Sif and Otto have an intimate meeting with explosive results.
