Michelle is an Amazon author, painter, lifelong educator, creativity researcher, lecturer, and facilitator of transformational professional development. She offers AI-assisted personalized lesson plans (literature, enrichment, and activities) together with young adult work-readiness empowerment and tailored teacher PD on the Factors platform. She believes students' aggression is derived from the lack of opportunities to express creativity. Her vision is that at the age of accelerated use of AI, our children gain the most effective tools for creative problem-solving. She learns creative thinking lessons from her daughters and husband every day.
