South African Peter Henderson is a former BBC news cameraman.

During his experience in filming in some of the world's most remote places which were devastated by conflict, he began a mission to create protein-rich food bars, designed for communities and first responders with limited access to nutritious food.

The result is E2G FOOD (EAT-2-GROW).

Peter joined Kitch and Neeil in studio to discuss the story behind E2G, and how this Dubai made food bar is empowering communities around the world.

And it actually tastes good!
