Considering menopause is a fact of life for essentially half the population, it's a wonder we don't discuss it more.

Beyond the stigma or night sweats, brain fog and thinning hair, Australian women have come together to submit their experience to a Senate inquiry into how me ease the pause.

That inquiry has now been tabled with 25 recommendations to the Government. Today we unpack what they've discovered.
