قال وزير الخارجية الإيراني، عباس عراقجي، إن إيران مستعدة لبدء مفاوضات نووية "إذا كانت الأطراف الأخرى راغبة في ذلك"، وذلك على هامش اجتماعات الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في نيويورك.
