Jean-Clair Todibo has had a slow start to life at West Ham but he's now finally arrived and shown he is the 1st choice centre-back to partner Max Kilman in the Hammers defence.

The defender has backed the decision by Julen Lopetegui to be given time to adjust and get fit for the Premier League, with the player showing his desire for success in east London.
