227: 5 Minute Journal & Legacy Awards RECOGNITION

Thank you! We just got back from the Legacy Awards in Toronto and let me tell you, it was INCREDIBLE!! Shout out to all the team from production to talent! It was truly a fantastic celebration of black excellence doing their craft at the highest level.

As you know, we made FINALIST for best content creator in Canada and therefore were invited to the awards to be aired LIVE on TV. We did not not win the award, but we won the event. To see how many people greeted us and acknowledged the work we did on the black carpet was truly amazing! We will be talking much more about this in future episodes and posts.

Honestly, my soul is still smiling with joy and immense gratitude for this opportunity! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!!!
