S03E25 Unhinged : Charles Severence

Today's case takes place in Alexandria, Virginia from 2003 to 2014. The town of Alexandria was terrified when the sheriff's wife was shot after answering her front door in 2003. After the murder of the sheriff's wife went cold for a decade, another Alexandria resident answered a knock on his door. He too met the same fate as the sheriff's wife.
