The new laws range from full allowance to complete bans and criminal charges for those who circumvent them. So how are employers and HR teams navigating the impacts of this change, and how are employees across the country reacting when it comes to travel and job change considerations?

The consequences of how these new laws impact women and their careers—both in states with bans and those without—can’t be overstated.
