The Rise and Rise of Menopause

Welcome to Peri Menopause Power, where we dive deep into the transformative journey of perimenopause and midlife.

In this episode, we reflect on the significance of World Menopause Day, emphasising the importance of themed days in bringing awareness and action to the workplace and indeed the world.

We also share our experience launching both our partnership with Over the Bloody Moon, and their innovative MenoVest, which we showcased on The Today Show recently, with one of the male hosts wearing it for the segment and fully experiencing some of the effects of menopause.

The conversation revisits some of the insights from the International Menopause Congress in Melbourne, where medical professionals seemed to land on a consensus of increased education and commitment regarding menopause.

Finally, the episode discusses the impact of menopause on exercise, and how our work with the Australian Sports Technologies Network (ASTN) is helping to advocate for greater awareness and support in the sporting industry.
