Welcome to the first episode of The Road to the Top 40! I’m jD, your host, and I couldn’t be more excited to take you along as we kick off the countdown of the Tragically Hip’s top songs, leading up to the ultimate Tragically Hip Top 40 Countdown.

In this episode, we start with songs 169 through 165, including rare and beloved tracks from Phantom Power and We Are the Same. Each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we’ll be releasing five new songs, moving closer to the top of this iconic list of Top TTH songs that fans like you helped create.

This podcast is for fans of The Tragically Hip and anyone who loves Canadian rock music. Dive into Canadian music history with us, hear the stories behind the songs, and celebrate the 40-year legacy of one of Canada’s most influential bands.
