June Reflections for Body, Soul & Spirit

#26: On today’s episode, I’m going to do an June recap of what has been supporting me in my body, soul and spirit. This has been a social month for me, which has caused me to step out of my comfort zone quite a bit. It has led to some great conversations, making connections even through social media and helping a friend understand the difference between condemnation versus conviction.

These are just a few of the things I share. I hope this episode inspires and encourages you to do your own reflection.
