We’re back with part two (if you missed part 1 you can tune in here), and this is the episode I’ve been so excited to share including all the lessons, wild manifestations and truly heart-bursting side effects of life truly throwing me on my ass this last year.

It’s the EASIEST thing to forget who the fuck you really BE when life hands you a shit sandwich.

AND there’s such a beautiful deepening of self-trust and remembrance of what’s truly important and what your soul is really here to do in moments like these… if you’re willing to rise to the occasion.

I’m sharing with you HOW I’ve navigated this past year, the choice I was faced with, and why I’m not just proud of how I decided to rise to the occasion but the magic, connection and authenticity that I feel I’m unlocking because of it.

This isn’t about painting a pretty picture of what has truly been (another) dark night of the soul - by NO means has this been easy or pretty…

But rather to share my experience of what’s possible when we choose liberation over comfort and decide to not let circumstances dictate who we get to be.
