Francesca is a former New Yorker, who spent her career in advertising and marketing for top global brands, Google, Marriott and Bacardi. After 10 years of chasing an insatiable lifestyle, she experienced a radical awakening and went on a quest to find higher purpose. She found herself on a deep self-exploration journey exploring modalities and retreats all over Bali, India and Peru. In 2020 she pioneered her own methodology blending breathwork and hypnosis called Hypnobreathwork® and Flow State Breathwork®. She now has 100+ coaches spreading this transformative work across the globe.

Her new book, Unblock Your Purpose, presents a tangible and accessible process to identify old habits, clear blocks, and achieve ultimate fulfillment.
