Episode 547: Am I Willing to Look Foolish for Jesus + Am I Unlikeable?

1 Corinthians 1:23 says, "...but we preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles."

For the majority of us, and those we are called to reach - we are the Gentiles. We are the ones that find the cross of Christ foolish. Depending on if we are on the giving or receiving end, we either take offense, or try to change our approach to make our message cool, or more palatable.

How do we embrace and live out the truth that God has used foolish means to perfectly save us?
