In November research was released that showed the average age at which candidates are considered “too old” for job roles is 57. This ties in with what we’ve heard anecdotally working with organisations and clients - that ageism is now a significant issue in the workplace.
We have an ageing population and an increasing life span with many people happy to work beyond retirement - so how do we foster a more age inclusive work culture?
